The Manor House is home to several organisations including Dawlish Town Council, Assist Teignbridge, the Citizens Advice Bureau, the Dawlish Model Railway Club, and South Devon Couples Therapy.

In addition, the Manor House acts as a community centre and has a number of rooms available for hire, benefiting from being within walking distance from the train station and the centre of town. There is free on-site parking which makes it an ideal location to hold business meetings, conferences, training sessions, community groups and classes.

Just a short distance from the Manor House is the Riverside Centre, nestled next to Dawlish Water and situated within the beautiful Manor Gardens.  This is an ideal venue to hold exercise classes, groups, meetings, parties and much more.
